Without fail, Flora is the best beauty salon I’ve ever visited. I moved to the area some months ago and have had the most exceptional manicures with Ioana. She’s incredibly professional with an expert eye for detail and a lovely reassuring and warm manner. I cannot recommend Flora Beauty highly enough. A true gem! Amy
