Florentina was absolutley amazing, she was so thorough and a perfectionist. The procedure was comfortable and relaxing. The only downside, which is nothing to do with Florentina, is the staff of the hairdressers attached to her business. They're appallingly rude, and really let the side down. Hopefully no one thinks they are to do with Florentina, who was charming.
