I had very disappointing semi permanent eyebrow procedure done previously to meeting Florentina. Feeling a little apprehensive as to whether I should be doing this again, I soon relaxed whilst talking to her. Her knowledge, passion and obvious skill gave me the confidence all would be well. I now have fabulous eyebrows. I can not recommend her highly enough.
