The directions to find the room could be improved for 1st time visitors, I also had to get my eyebrows waxed as the girl didn’t do threading although that’s what I booked, the tint & wax was good & I was pleased with my eyebrows. The leg wax was rushed I think due to another client who came in & had a full conversation in Romanian in the doorway whilst I was getting my treatment?! Which i found bizarre, why not shut the door? quite a few patches of wax left & stray hairs I found later, this was just average. I would rate the room & cleanliness very high
