Well considering I couldn't find the venue as it was not were the address provided was, when I called the number provided this was not the correct number and then when I called you to complain I was told I would be called back and haven't I would consider this appalling
average quality and treatment, nothing special but still good if you necessitate to grab a wax in a very quickly way

I got a voucher appointment from Treatwell for last Thursday (1st Feb) at 1pm for a full head highlight with a haircut and blowdry. Throughout my appointment, I was very concerned because the stylist was speaking Romanian and knew no English. The other woman in the salon (I believe she was the nail artist was Russian) and knew more English than the hair stylist but it was still very limited. The two women could not really understand each other either. It was very difficult to get across to the hair stylist what I wanted (even with my appointment previously made online specifying a full head of highlights and a picture of the voucher taken). Several phone calls had to be made to another staff member who spoke to both women. I ended up with the correct colour highlights although only a partial foil when I tried to express I wanted (and paid for) a full foil. And before I left, it seemed to look ok. However, the next few days I kept my hair up in a ponytail and it is very evident that the hair stylist did not go all the way to the top of my roots. There are at least three areas of just a straight line of bleach (where the foil ended instead of having gone to the top of my head). And exactly half of my forehead roots are bleached while the other half are brown (extremely noticeable with hair pulled back). I'm very disappointed in this experience. And have now had to book another appointment at a separate salon to fix it costing me an additional 70 pounds.

Quite a stressful booking experience. Felt a bit like I was an inconvenience to the team.There was no music, the room was messy and the lights were on full the whole time. The door kept opening and the therapist remained in the room the full time. I think it was quite expensive given the lack of frills. The therapist was very good though. Good technique and it was a good massage. Just let down by the surroundings and service.
