A wonderful unhurried massage in a setting that really invites you to relax and switch off – a mixture of muscle massage and more Thai-like borderline physio massage, holding limbs in a position that stretches them etc. Silvio really took time to understand any points to focus on and work with. And he creates a very warm, calming welcoming atmosphere. All rounded off by a warm eye mask – he invites you to take your time before coming back round to reality. Would highly recommend.

Silvio’s massage made an enormous difference to me. My shoulders were tense from work, stress and the cold. I came out of the massage noticing that my posture had changed. I felt much more mentally and physically relaxed. It was great to have a consultation chat before and after the massage, and the massage was tailored to really help with the areas where I had particular tension.
