I got a deep tissue massage at this venue - I kept asking the masseuse to lighten the pressure, but she was extremely rough. I was left with a swollen knuckle & bruises on my back. When I left the massage I asked the receptionist to have her manager/the owner call me, only to find out later she had lied and was in fact the owner.
The owner admitted to lying but insisted I was lying about the service I received even though I’m a returning customer.
Extremely poor service.
