Felt thoroughly relaxed and all my aches and pains were diminished by the time I left . My masseur used just the right amount of pressure for me and checked several times if I and the pressure was ok.

Have been here several times before and always great. Today the lady asked where my area of concern was which I said shoulder and legs. She spent 40 mins massaging my arms, didnt touch my shoulders or front of legs. So I literally paid £50 for an arm massage. Told the manager who said okay I’ll talk to her. Not great customer service considering I’m a regular customer. I have left in the same pain I came in, waste of money. Think I need to find a different massage place.
