It was quick, it felt pretty rushed with little to no interaction with the staff but I do like my eyebrows. My only suggestion is that they take their time after to brush/style ones eyebrows and to put some gel on them after as mine were pretty sore and it felt like they just wanted the chair back asap. It’s the little things that are part of the customer service that make a difference.
