Disclaimer; This review is an honest reflection on my exact personal experience of being at Focus Beauty Salon for first time.This review just an honest account because i found it helpful reading reviews before i booked my appointment.So keeping it 100%.
I didn't know what to expect being that i had not been here before but it was recomended through a collegue. So this led me to try it out.
A down point for me is that, When I first walked in I was not greeted by staff or asked why i was waiting i sat waiting 10-15 mins untill i was asked why i was waiting. This is just to point out that welcome is an intergral part of service and it would have been appreciated in this instance.
I put it down to staff being busy, But then it seemed strange to me when another customer walked 5mins after me and was greeted straight away. Then taken through. So i was unsure has to reason behind that.
I was then asked by serval (3) members of staff openly on shop floor with other customers all arounf as to what (waxing) appointment i have i personally would have preferred this done discretly at the reception desk, not so publicly. Which could have been avoided if greeted in first instance when i walked in. After a while, I then was told that i would be dealt with shortly.
My Treatment start a little later (7mins) than booked. However, staff was professional, considerate and answer all my questions regarding hot wax. The treatment took less time than stated which was good, and the actually treatment had good result. I would say i would go to Focus Beauty salon again because i was pleased with my treatment. I only hope that next time a greeting/waiting experience would be better for me.
