The treatment I went for was okay. My therapist was very good. Unfortunately having a 9am appointment and the staff were late to open up and I'm not sure how the clean up went the night before as I was given a dirty robe to change into though once I pointed this out it was swiftly (and correctly) changed.

Therapist was a perfectionist and ensured no hair was missed. As pain free as possible. Will definitely return.

Welcoming staff. Every time I visit, I am very satisfied with the outcome. Dermalogica products used are of excellent quality, I have had Deep Facial done for many years in different places but the quality here is one of the best especially for my sensitive skin. Would definitely recommend.. Thanks a lot, Focus Beauty for being so kind and always make time for me! Xx
