Disappointing. I would never go back or recommen.
- The bathroom and kitchen area was really unhygienic - the sink was filled with mothballs, the tap didn't work so I couldn't wash my hands (I'm not sure how the staff are either) and there was dirt on every surface.
- The room I had my treatment in was uncomfortably hot. When I mentioned this they didn't offer to turn the temperature down. Not what you want when you're having a hot wax.

Sociable staff making it a really enjoyable time there. They made me want to go back, especially as my manicure has lasted several weeks with no chips!

Worst gel manicure I've had. Brush marks really evident. Not as shiny as usual and the tips are chipping after 2 days!
