My treatment was supposed to be an hour long, however I was in and out of there in 45 mins only, the therapist who did my treatment didn't really seem like she knew what she was talking about and just read to me what was on the consultation card that I had already just sat and read, I asked questions about my problem areas and she didn't really have any good advice for me.
It was my first time getting this treatment and I would have it again but I'd go somewhere else.
Microdermabrasion
The spray tan experience I had was one of the worst experiences I have ever faced when it has come to beauty treatments. Not only did I not get the colour I asked for it took 2 HOURS when I was told it would take about 20 minutes. I had no idea what I looked like as there was no mirror, and was told that I looked good when they tried to fix it by applying more layers and trying to blend it in. They were quite happy for me to leave the shop looking like a clown. I HAVE NEVER felt so embarrassed in my life, it would have been nice if they told me the truth and showed me how to remove all of it instead of giving me a hair net to rub it off with at home. Also for the first half of the treatment I was told to wear a mask as the fumes were so strong but when it came to my face I had take it off, which was fine but then the treatment took too long so I ended up having the mask off for over an hour and I came home with a really tight chest, wouldn't recommend to people with asthma! There were also no certificates to show any experience which all beauty/hairdressers are meant to have.
Spray Tanning and Sunless Tanning
Another amazing facial by Maria. Maria is professional, knowledgeable, caring, gives a fantastic facial and after-care advice.
The ambience was not so good this time as they play very loud dance music in the salon upstairs which is hard to relax to when you are having a peaceful facial feet away.
A++++++ to Maria.
