The staff were friendly and welcoming and still managed to accommodate my needs despite being a little late for my masssge. The ambience was ok but could have been better, the walls are thin so you could still hear noise from upstairs despite the music playing. I would use them again.

Brazilian Waxing
My treatment was supposed to be an hour long, however I was in and out of there in 45 mins only, the therapist who did my treatment didn't really seem like she knew what she was talking about and just read to me what was on the consultation card that I had already just sat and read, I asked questions about my problem areas and she didn't really have any good advice for me.
It was my first time getting this treatment and I would have it again but I'd go somewhere else.
