Me and my husband went! Had a brilliant experience massage and facial 5 stars no negatives at all lovely staff alot of effort put in with customer service and treatment very clean. Would definitely recommend for couples treatment.
I had a brilliant experience me and a friend had a few treatments and I award it 5* for every single one them from both of us, regarding the below negative comment that nearly put me off regarding a downstairs basement its actually a really cosy downstairs floor nicely designed to relax us and alot of effort. People sometimes need to be a bit open minded please do not allow you to be put off im sure u will have a lovely experience like we did, I definitely recommend the Massage and facial and Hollywood wax for the ladies. :) 5 STARS
Great service, great staff definitely would recommend, I live in Crystal Palace but I always come here for the last 6 months and always had a brilliant time being pampered. I had a wax, pedicure, manicure, massage and facial and a hair cut and i award it 5 STARS
Unfortunately i was not satisfied with the treatment, because of the way the member of staff had treated me. She was not attentive to me as a client, she kept walking out of the room and left me alone for at least 30 minutes, she was very unprofessional she did not give me a good massage for the price paid. The room was not clean either. I would not visit this place again.
The beauty therapist was professional and carried out the treatments very well after consultation. The facial was ok, it lasted for 40 minutes not a full hour. The full body Swedish massage was fantastic. She really tended to the aches and pains I was feeling. The only downside was that the hairdresser was blasting his music really loud. The music wasn't bad, jazz instrumental, it was just that it was loud and he kept chopping and changing it via YouTube which didn't help me relax. Parking is really expensive in this area too so next time I would probably take bus.
