I booked a treatment via wowcher and booked with the salon for February. A few weeks later they called to say they could no longer accommodate and moved my appointment to March. I then had 6 confirmation phone calls between then and March but on the day when we arrived no reservation. They also had no trace of either of my bookings and suggested we re-booked. Absolutely awful customer service, despite phoning me 6 times claiming they had no record of me. Would not recommend in the slightest, total shambles. Not even the offer of paying our car park considering the mess up was with them.
I found the lady really nice very professional , I woudl definately go again! I guess the only thing is I had already had two reminders of my appointment and then got a phone call as well to remind me ! That was a little bit annoying that was the only negative!

I purchased a two hour pamper package for a massage and facial at for him and her the staff were very friendly and welcoming i had a great day and for the money it was fantastic value i would definatly pay full price for the treatments i had. Would recomend this beauty clinic 100 times over. Will be back soon for more treatments definatly! Thanks :)
I had a hot Brazilian Wax here a few months ago, this was the worst wax I've ever had to endure. I've been having hot waxes for a fair few years now, and this was the worst experience I have ever had, I actually wanted to cry and leave half way - and my threshold for pain is quite high. The girl didn't seem to know what she was doing, and put tons of wax on then struggled to get it off and just snapped the hairs. My skin was red raw when I left and I had patches of hair still too. I have never been back even though its within walking distance of my home.
I went there for full legs wax the girl was really slow and she didn't look like she new was she was doing.F irst she didn't use gloves and she left lots of hair on my legs especially the back wich I only realised once I got home. I won't be going back there ever.
