I didn't enjoy the facial and ended up leaving with (product) oats all over my face from a treatment i can only assume was homemade. Felt sticky. The products were very cheap and i left smelling of oats which were wiped off using a cotton pad as i was leaving by the reception/owner, this was when my facial was supposed to be finished.. My skin broke out the next day in spots. I didn't feel pampered in fact wanted to get home and jump in the shower to wash it all off. The massage was ok although hardly any product was used. My facial was interrupted and not very relaxing. I waited 15 minutes from the time the massage finished until the facial started. Also felt the mask and steam was a way of passing the time. Was not asked about my skin condition or skin type before the facial and no checks were made on injuries or back problems before the massage. Not very professional. Felt like a training academy. Sorry guys big thumbs down from me.

Kind staff, definitely would recommend. Great at Massages and hair cut and colour they got my hair spot on to what ive been trying to find for years now, and great experience, I would 100% go back, and ive already rebooked for my next massage.
I had an amazing experience, staff were very professional, welcoming and polite. They were punctual on starting treatment and explained all the benefits of the treatment, gave me great after care advice and explained what they were doing through the treatment which made me very comfortable. Products they used for my Facial were very good. I would definitely recommend, and I have booked further treatments.
I am a manager of my own retail store and I have never seen such in professionalism and felt so much rudness from the staff in my life
I am shocked that this company is still open as they do not treat there customers with any respect
I was charged more then I was quoted as I had rearranged my appt and was told on the day I hadto pay a £10 for rebooking I didnt have a phone as it was in repair but I called as soon as I could but that wasnt good enough any reason to get more money out of people

Absolutely awful experience, the staff were unwelcoming and were not confident with the therapies and treatments they carried out. The products used were cheap and stung my normal skin, I would hate to feel them on delicate skin. The treatment room was cold, the bed was rickety and there was a hole in the wall. Compared with other cheap salons and beauty clinics this is bay far the worst. The receptionist was unhelpful and only interested in her mobile phone and the treatments all ran late. A really stressful experience. I would take a wander up to east Croydon and go into any other salon in future. I'm just glad I didn't entrust them with an intimate treatment.
The one good thing- The local bars and restaurants to go and have a giggle about the terrible service after!
