They didn't turn the massage on the chair, they have really cheap products, same review as before. Very unprofessional and will not be returning!

Very unprofessional. The girl who owns it didn't have a clue what she was doing. She cut the skin around my cuticles and was just pulling at the skin rather than cutting the cuticles. Worst manicure I have ever had! The whole family was in the salon talking loudly, eating their lunch, playing music, being on the phone to their friends, doing their make up in the mirror. Would not go back!
