The whole experience was spoilt by your chaotic booking system. My daughter made the appointment for me through Treatwell. I received a confirmation of the booking for 12.30pm on Sunday. On arrival at the salon I was told I was late and that my appointment was for 11.50 but that ‘they could accommodate me’. I showed my text message confirming my booking for 12.30pm however your receptionist failed to accept that you had a problem kept insisting it was 11.50. Really rather poor.
