This is my second time and again I am so pleased. Caring attitude by all and joe listens to your request and does a brilliant job while making it look effortless. My blow dry lasts for days with Joe. I have very thick hair and he doesn’t complain in fact he told me he loves the volume and my colour!

After an internal hick up due to unplanned staff sickness on a Sunday morning, we were treated with the utmost care and will definitely become new clients for the long term. The owner really cares and goes beyond the Normannin trying to accommodate! Five stars in all respects!
