I had a very disappointing experience with [Salon Name Forest Hair. My appointment was double-booked, so I couldn’t get the haircut I had scheduled. While mistakes can happen, what’s even more frustrating is that the salon never responded to my emails when I tried to organise a refund for the service that didn’t take place. This lack of communication and accountability is unprofessional and has left me very dissatisfied.

Sadiq was welcoming offered me water, drink and tea, he took his time, followed how I said I want my haircut, overall great experience.
