I arrived and no one had knowledge of my booking. They told me to leave and would not refund me. They found a random staff member eventually to do my massage and it was completely lazy.
The massage was fine but not really tailored to the person - no one asked if there were areas I particularly wanted worked on or if I had any allergies etc. The whole thing felt a bit rushed, impersonal and overall the experience wasn’t particularly relaxing.

They had no record of my Treatwell booking (again!) and tried to to cancel me, then asked me to come back later but I couldn’t - so in the end I had to cancel it altogether.
Not the first time it’s happened but I won’t be attempting to book again. Very disappointing

The girl who gave the massage was really nice but front of desk not so great . I’ve booked a few times through Treatwell and they never seem to have a record of the booking and try to cancel you if you haven’t paid - that’s happened a few times. I think they prefer to have walk-in bookings.
