The massage was fine but not really tailored to the person - no one asked if there were areas I particularly wanted worked on or if I had any allergies etc. The whole thing felt a bit rushed, impersonal and overall the experience wasn’t particularly relaxing.

They had no record of my Treatwell booking (again!) and tried to to cancel me, then asked me to come back later but I couldn’t - so in the end I had to cancel it altogether.
Not the first time it’s happened but I won’t be attempting to book again. Very disappointing

The girl who gave the massage was really nice but front of desk not so great . I’ve booked a few times through Treatwell and they never seem to have a record of the booking and try to cancel you if you haven’t paid - that’s happened a few times. I think they prefer to have walk-in bookings.

Pure chaos & confusion upon entering. They were running back & forth trying to sort taking my massage early despite no staff being busy & then telling me to come early.
Massage was decent @ best but definitely not deep tissue.
Staff were loud & constantly chatting w one another throughout entire duration of massage (60 mins), which you could hear over the strange music playing; which were the same songs on repeat.
Decent but value didn’t match experience/therapy
