Ricky was nice but there was some confusion over giving me layers - I did not want layers, I asked him to not give me layers and still ended up with layers in my haircut.

Really good colour. Pretty quick and timely. Marina is a good stylist. Would have liked a more bouncy blow dry but in the whole a very good experience.
