Staff were all super friendly esp when o was a little late as hot lost. The only thing that would have made it perfect would have been a head massage & a drink, as I was so thirsty after running to not be late

Unfortunately not applied evenly and, in some areas the gel was missed. Doesn’t look great to the point I have had to immediately remove. I have taken several photos. Really disappointed. No email address on website to message. Staff are lovely but not a good job.
