I did not have the person who was planned unfortunately, someone was covering for her. One of my nail had to be redone 3 times and when I got home I realized another one had not been done properly. The quality of the service was really not the best and I don’t have what I paid for unfortunately. I know it’s actually good when the normal staff is present.

Nice little hair place. The staff were nice and friendly but felt like it could of been more professional. The attention of the hairdresser wondered off to admin issues, which made me feel like “okay so we are taking a break mid way through my hair cut”. Overall it was a great experience, but the staff and studio could be better. The atmosphere felt a little cold. Would be great to know what’s in products before use, as I’m very sensitive. But I love my hair cut!
