They double booked me so I had to come back later in day as had an event I needed nails done for. My manicure is terrible, colour is really uneven, something is stuck to my nail from the bottle and small chip at top of nail which I pointed out but due to earlier booking issue was stressed and had no time to get fixed. She stopped during my pedicure to speak to someone else that came in who wasn't happy with their manicure from her. Overall, terrible experience and not happy at all.
Gel Nails Manicure
Didn’t have the therapist I booked in with & wasn’t even made aware of this . The therapist herself was very nice & good natured. However the manicure i was not impressed with. The treatment suggested a soak & exfoliation per the booking but I did not receive that. Even before I left my nails had smudged despite waiting the recommended time by the therapist. They did offer to redo the nail but by this point I had already been there 50minutes & did not have. Waste of money wouldn’t recommend.
