The staff were nice and friendly but felt like it could of been more professional. The attention of the hairdresser wondered off to admin issues, which made me feel like “okay so we are taking a break mid way through my hair cut”. Overall it was a great experience, but the staff and studio could be better. The atmosphere felt a little cold. Would be great to know what’s in products before use, as I’m very sensitive. But I love my hair cut!
