I have been having regular facial treatments with Layla for years & it's always very relaxing.
Layla has a variety of facials & aesthetic treatments available with a lot of different machines & facial equipment to stimulate collagen production & keep skin in the best condition to look healthier & younger.
During the facial, Layla massages my arms, shoulders & head while the face mask is working. So relaxing it's hard not to fall asleep!
Layla really cares about her clients, highly recommended.

Focus on the sensations you’re experiencing and think about nothing else. · BREATHE Deep breathing is highly recommended during a massage or any therapy focuses your mind, enlivens your body, and relaxes you all at the same time. · VISUALISE As the therapist works on tight areas of knots, visualise those places loosening up. · LET GO Don’t help the spa therapist lift your arm or turn your head. Therapists call this hanging on. The opposite is letting go.
