I’ve been really disappointed my last couple of visits. On one occasion, the owner threaded too much of my eyebrows. She offered a free tint to cover the mistake but still charged me for the poor waxing service. This time, I requested a French tip gel pedicure but was told it’s considered a “design.” Despite three years of experience, the nail tech couldn’t draw a straight line. My toes look awful. It’s disappointing to see such inconsistency in service, especially for basic requests.
