sed a sheet mask, I said 3 times that my skin is burning, only for the woman to say that is normal before eventually listening & taking it off. Didn’t do the extractions I specifically asked for- I still have the black and white heads. Dropped vitamin c serum in my eye which burned & said “it’s only vit c”. Then when I raised the fact that extractions hadn’t been done, did a last minute dig with tools on my under eye area whilst dry on closed pores, leaving me with soreness and inflammation
