The representative was very patient and did not rush the job or get distracted by others. She focused on the client and explained what she would do to achieve sharp eyebrows but checked in with me first. She didnt chop my eyebrows off and maintained a thick shape with a good arch. I was so happy when i left we all said “wow” at the same time as it really lifted my face! Will defo return!
