Horrible service and problem solving, very unprofessional workers and managers, who doesn’t know how to deal with complaints and doesn’t accept that they damaged my face! I had eyebrows tinting and waxing procedure after which I ended up with scars and massively damaged skin around the eyebrows because Ash was using incorrect wax and pulling too fast!!!
