It was a terrible experience!! I was very disappointed! For the first 5-10 minutes of my treatment my masseuse was texting on her phone (which was not even on silence so I could hear it) and pretending to massage me with one hand. I asked her to stop and requested another therapist. The lady from reception found me another masseuse but decided to cut my treatment with 15 minutes as if I was guilty that the previous therapist was on the phone instead of doing her job! Very poor customer service! I am very disappointed!

The treatment itself was good and the waxer was lovely. One of the best waxes I've had in London.
For me, the woman on reception was too pushy in trying to get me to sign up for other treatments/a pre-paid package.
