Venue is convenient, but they had a mix up with rooms and I was basically naked getting onto the bed and they let some random guy into the room!! He was another client but was shown into the wrong room. Seriously embarrassing.

I really cannot recommend this place to anybody. I went all the way to Canary Wharf, which is really far from where I live, just because a friend of mine suggested me this place but when I arrived there they just told me they had cancelled my booking without explanation. I did not have any refund, any discount for an eventual next booking (which for sure I will not make) and any explanation for what happened. I really suggest you to go somewhere else. First time I have an experience like this one.
