The staff was very kind and focused on my request. I booked for 45min but the messaging time was actually hust about 35min.

I will definitely be going there again! £36 for 45 mins of bliss! I went on a Wednesday and when I turned up I found that I had a male masseuse- bit scary at first but he was actually fantastic and made me feel very comfortable. The only reason for the 4 stars in the staff bar was because the man at reception failed to tell me that they don't have the oils for an aromatherapy massage. I only found this out when my masseuse came back to tell me , although he very kindly asked the man at reception if I could have an extra 15mins massage as an apology for the cock-up-though reception man said no. So....there's no aromatherapy massage available here, even though it's advertised and you can purchase it...not good. Aside from that...Swedish massage is amazinggggg!!
