The waxing was fine and the women who did it was nice. There are two problems I have with this place though. The first is that it is £5 more for a Hollywood wax from a Brazilian wax. This seems ridiculous to me since the only difference between the two is one strip. How can you possibly justify charging so much extra for so little?
The other problem I have, which is by far the biggest, is that the girl doing the wax double dipped the stick into the wax. It's a common misconception that the wax is hot enough to kill any bacteria that might be left on the stick. But it's not, which means that any germs from anyone else's crotches get put back into the wax whenever the same stick is double dipped and could ultimately end up on me. Others might think it's far-fetched, I just consider it very unsanitary. For these two reasons, I don't think I'll be returning to this spa.

Overall my deep tissue massage was a good experience. However the women doing the massage talked all the way through it and I can't help but feel that when getting a massage I want to relax and have silence or calming music. She also didn't do my whole body, she never did my arms or hands. However she worked extra hard on my back and neck and especially the areas that I had pointed out to be hurting, so that was very good. All and all an ok experience!
