Professional, very quick, and a friendly chat whilst she does it to relax you! Excellent result and bargain off-peak price in a salon very conveniently located near the West India Quay DLR station.
Ladies' Waxing
Amazing - the therapist was lovely and very professional. I needed a relaxing massage with good pressure and that is exactly what I got. I even think I nodded off for a short time - not sure :-) Will definitely be making another booking again as it is local. Thanks.
Aromatherapy Massage
Last minute booking for my husband who needed a deep tissue massage - he said this was amazing, definitely worked out his soreness and said it was very firm so be prepared to be worked over :-) That's what you would expect from this type of massage. Will definitely rebook again soon. Thanks
Deep Tissue Massage
Avoid, avoid, avoid like the plague. I booked a waxing and pedicure treatment and the appointment was confirmed, when I turned up, they claimed to have no knowledge of the booking and said they already had another customer during the time I had booked and would be busy for another 2 hours.
I rescheduled at that point for the next day, when I turned up for the rescheduled appointment, they explained that their therapist had gone home early and so they couldn't accommodate me. They weren't find my contact details either to let me know.
So in summary - two wasted trips with nothing to show for it. To also add that I have recently had a baby and with no family or friends to easily look after him, I had to arrange childcare both times for the appointments that never happened.
Booked through Wahanda well in advance but they had double booked. Was told that they may be able to offer a discount if I could come back later so I waited an hour. Was then told after the massage that this would be only off my next booking, and would be in the region of £5... Massage could have been better, wasn't asked what kind of pressure I would prefer, would have liked it to be firmer for a deep tissue massage. I don't think i'll be coming back for the £5 discount but if you do book with them online, make sure you follow up with a call to confirm the booking.
