Firstly her dog was there, luckily I like dogs but she only mentioned this as we were walking to the room which could be a disaster if you don't like them/allergic. Second I was about 5mins late but the "45 min massage" was actually only "30 mins", which I'm pretty annoyed about. Even if she knocked off the 5 mins late o was, she still cut it short, so if you want to give her a chance make sure youre aware of the times so you don't get ripped off like I did!
