I usually get my lash lift done by Victoria, however I had to change the time on my booking and only Natalia was available. Since it was urgent, I went ahead. Natalia was very nice, however I was/am unhappy with the lash lift as they were barely lifted. Now they’re back to normal after 5 days and I feel like it was such a waste of time and money. Considering I always go there, no apology was issued or any good will gesture. I’m very upset.
