Natalia is an excellent nail technician. Although we were separated by a language barrier, she still understood my needs and small requests. I was impressed by her attention to detail and look forward to seeing her again.

Running late, not all staff members were wearing a mask, hair cut quality was not very good and didn't do much consultation.
