I've done SMP and an haircut. Exceptional professionalism handling customers. It was my first time doing smp and the difference is absurd. I'd suggest to everyone who needs it to try it. The pain overall was like 4/10, not that much, bearable. I'd like to add as well that Roberto is really taking care of every details. Literally amazing.
