I was very pleased with my haircut and Stephen my hairdresser was lovely. However, I was about 30 minutes late in being taken for my appointment because it was a Tuesday and only one staff member was on. I would be hesitant to book on a day where I needed to be finished quickly but in this case it wasn’t a problem for me.

I booked in advance to get wash, haircut and blow dry with Stephen. When I arrived, he was not even in there and they didn’t know who was going to do my haircut. I waited almost 30 mins to start getting my hair washed. There was just 1 person to do 3 services. So what it should have taken around 1h took almost the double amount of time. The place was very busy so I do understand that it can be difficult, but the staff was more engage in chatting that delivering good service to customers.
