Whilst I was on the whole happy with my haircut it was quite a bit passed the appointment time before I was seen and as a result I ended up being over an hour late for a celebration I was supposed to be at. The idea with me getting my hair done before the event was to take the stress away which due to the lateness didn't happen. I really wish I had paid attention to other reviews commenting on the lateness of the appointments. My impression is that they book in multiple people at the same time as there were only 2 people working but with 4 customers, once I was eventually seen I got my hair washed and then had to wait whilst the hairdresser switched to another customer. I also couldn't get my hair straightened as I simply did not have the time- doing so would have made me even later. The staff were friendly and it was a cheap deal but neither of those really did not made up for making me so late.

I booked a last minute appointment after a disaster of trying to dye my own roots. I had to wait a good half an hour before I was seen however, the colour and highlights I ended up with were exactly what I wanted and I left extremely happy! Worth the wait. Thank you!

Lovely haircut. Staff nice, not very chatty but I actually quite like that when you can just relax.

The late opening hours were what attracted me in the first place. The staff were quiet but nice. My hair was cut shorter than I asked for, and overall the cut was not as high standard as I have had previously. The price was very reasonable so with that considered I may consider returning.
