I had my highlights there . My appointment was at 1pm but started at 1:50 .
It Didn’t turned out as what I asked for , not even close to what they showed me as a colour sample. They were nice and clean.
My treatment period advertised about 1hr and 45’ but took me longer than that .
I’m good with it but my hair is not what I expected.

Overall a good experience as staff were nice but was only advised at end of treatment there would be an extra charge of £10 for toner. Luckily I had my card with me. It would have been better to make this clear at the start of the treatment.

I had a full head highlights treatment booked at Frances Henry Hair just before Christmas. When I turned up at the salon the staff were clearly very busy but made me feel welcome when I walked in and began my treatment promptly. Stephen, frances and Nicole were all really lovely and Stephen did a fantastic job of my hair, I loved it. Best hair cut and colour I’ve had in a very very long time.
A really great experience, I’ll be back. Thank you xx
