I had my hair done last Thursday evening. I am EXTREMELY impressed with it. from as soon as i got in there the hairdresser - which i didnt get her name but she had short reddish hair - was amazing.
I wanted balayage done for a long time so finally found somewhere which i hadnt been before but i thought id take the chance.
The lady looked at my pictures and advised me that it wouldnt be healthy to have something to extreme on my hair so i took her advice. although i was advised of this, when she was finished my hair looked pretty much exactly how i wanted it anyway!
extremely happy with the overall experience and absolutely LOVE my hair had so many compliments and would definitely recommend and i will be coming back!
I went in for a gloss treatment last week as my highlights were turning orange. Spoke to the stylist who agreed to put on a red color but in the end 4 days later my hair became more orange! And this was despite me waiting 3 days to shampoo my hair. Emailed photos to them of my orange hair and they were very friendly and offered a guarantee for a re-do. At first I did not want to go back in so soon as I thought my hair would be damaged from repeated color chemical treatments so soon but the manager assured me this was not the case for gloss so I believed her (turned out to be true after I researched online!) So while my initial experience was not the best, I am very impressed with their 100% efforts to restore confidence in their salon's service.
I had the blow dry treatment and can recommend it to anyone! It was fantastic and i received lots of compliments.
The staff are friendly and really care about your needs, it's nice to go somewhere with chatty staff as it makes all the difference. I will be returning.
I had an appointment for colouring my hair and the stylist, Angelo, had a personal and professional approach. I felt very well taken care of and was happy with the result.
The staff were very kind, I felt completely welcome. Elena, advised me really well, it was a lovely experience. I love my cut and the highlights were just as I wanted, very natural. Definitely I will come back. Many thanks, Elena.
