My hairdresser Andrew was amazing! He really took time and effort to figure out the style and colour I wanted, and also tried to create a maximum result through my thick and dark hair. Before visiting this venue, my hair was already permed and the ends were very damaged and dry. However, the end result was more than satisfactory! Without damaging my ends too much, I got a lovely ombre hair and what's more, he avoided the orange and yellow tones that can easily come out from dark hair like mine. During the whole session, I felt really pampered with delicious cups of coffee and magazines. The whole procedure was professional but at the same time not rushed. Really enjoyed the ambient atmosphere, and I will definitely, definitely visit again. I have a feeling that I will be a regular here!
Fantastic salon, great hairdresser & great service all round. I can't remember the name of the stylist i had, (useless with names!) but he really took time to chat to me about what I wanted. would 100% recommend and will be back!
The stylist was very helpful! I knew more or less what colour I wanted my hair to be but had no idea what shade to use. He looked at my skin tone & eye colour and gave good suggestions. I love the end result!

My appointment was for balayage, a cut and a blow dry, and I definitely think it was great value for money. The whole process took around 3 hours, and Andrew my stylist was fantastic. He knew exactly what he was doing, listened to me and made sure I was getting what I wanted. Thanks Andrew!
I bought this deal at the last minute and made an appointment straight away. My stylist, Andrew, was amazing. Although quite soft spoken, he took the time upfront to understand what I wanted, to go back to my natural hair color, perhaps a shade darker. After discussing and showing me some color swatches I got very indecisive and told him to just do what he thought was best. So glad I trusted him! My color is perfection! Totally back to my natural shade, just a smidge less mousier than what it used to be, but looking completely natural. My hair cut was also great and turned out just as I had wanted... a long bob. He triple checked the length he was taking off in advance and really made sure to make me feel comfortable. Complimentary coffee and water throughout my time at the salon, along wtih trashy mags, made it all quite a relaxing experience.
The deal I purchased included a Keratin treatment and Argan oil conditioner. I have really fine hair and actually wish a bit that I skipped this conditioning treatment as my hair feels a bit overly conditioned (greasy) but it does look really healthy and shiny and I'm sure that feeling will wear off in a couple of days. If you have drier or thicker hair I'd imagine this would be amazing. Certainly made my hair smell amazing!
All in all a great experience. Will definitely go back to this salon, and specifically Andrew, again!
