The salon is 7-8 minutes from Old Street station. It is quite unique in design.
The staff are welcoming . The stylist takes time to understand your requirements and makes his suggestions. In fact I heard a stylist reluctant to add extensions on a customer since it would ruin her otherwise loverly hair.
At the end of the haircut , they would recommend few products if you are interested. I did buy Davines shampoo (it would be cheaper to buy online though).
Francesco Picardi was around and had asked me how i felt after the haircut. He was also nice enough to offer to comeback if i felt unhappy with the haircut later.
So yes, I am satisied enough and would go back.
A lovely salon with great staff and hair products. I had an amazing conditioning treatment with a massage followed by a cut and blowdry. Nathan was fabulous and I'd definitely go back again.
The salon was down an assistant, so I did not get offered a drink or any magazines - in face, I felt that I was somehow interrupting their morning and was in the way.
My haircut was fine, until I got layers cut... Too much was taken off, looks like I have an 80's 'do'...
Highlights were not as discussed - and I was also charged an additional £40+ for a glossing treatment I was not even told I was receiving and a rough blow dry.
I would not recommend this place - but I have a friend who went here and loved her experience, her hair and her highlights, so I'd say hit and miss maybe
Nice salon and very friendly staff. But I had to wait for a while before being able to get an appointment (probably new to the busy pre-Christmas season but still quite long). The cut was ok but not amazing.
The haircut was good -- it could have been slightly better, but I also didn't give him much guidance. Would definately go again -- although I probably wouldn't pay full price. The hairdresser was very colourful and full of advice.
