I was offered some tea and chocolate. The tea cup has some lip stick traces. The staff are very friendly. I chose a hair style from a magazine in the salon. The hairdresser Rika is very friendly. She listened to what I need. The haircut was quite ok. The keratin treatment was too simple and didn't meet my expectation. When I left, some hair were left on my face. Although Rika tried to clean it, I still saw some hair on my face when I used my mirror to check in the tube.
i was a little confused as i walked up and down old street trying to find the salon and was surprised to find just a small sign on a door buzzer marking the place. it's quite a strange little place in the back of a building, but my nerves were soon calmed as the hairdresser was professional and friendly. i appreciated the time she spent asking about how i;d like my haircut and ensuring that i didn't go away feeling that i'd just had a trim. will be going back with my 50% off discount card! was also quite jealous of the other clients who were going away with gorgeous looking hair. rika cut mine, but i'd happily have booked with one of the others.
I had a great time. Got slightly lost but phoned the salon and was guided there by a lovely receptionist.
I had a consultation before we started where all my options were explained to me. I have curly hair and it was nice to hear so much enthusiasm from my hairdresser and my hair has never looked better!
However, they do press their products on you - i got away with only buying some conditioner (which is great actually) but it did cost £12 and I was quite disapointed that I was made to feel uncomfortable. If I had paid full price I would have been more angry.
overall it was a great salon and I will go again.
Bought this voucher as a gift for my daughter Anoushka. She came back very happy with her new haircut. She said she was greeted with a glass of bubbly and the hairdresser was helpful and very friendly. Overall a very happy customer and she would definitely recommend this salon to others.
The place is smaller than expected, but I was quickly taken to my place in front of the mirror and my haircut was promptly started. The stylist was quite good and listened to my opinions about how I wanted my hair to be cut too.
