Booking my appointment was a nightmare, the number given was wrong, I then tried to book online, when I rang because I hadnt heard anything a week later, I was told I would just have to wait, they rang back a few days later, but when my appointment came I rang to say I was running late and they told me they hadnt had anything booked on the system! My haircut was good but I wouldnt have the keratin treatment again as it didnt seem to do anything, the therapist was very nice, but spent alot of time trying to get me to buy their products which I felt coerced to do~!
My first experience at Francesco Picardi was pretty good. At the beginning I was a bit insecure about trying a too stylish and modern hairstyle, so I stick to my short cut. My hair stylist was Andreas. He was pretty understanding about my fear and did a great job not pushing me, but giving me good tips. The whole staff is very friendly. I´m sure coming back.
East London-ish, not too smart or inviting first impression changes and surprises when you enter the actual place which is open and full of daylight. Friendly stuff and a very nice, attentive and skilful Japanese stylist who cut my hair. Her own hair style and look was the best way to gain my trust at the new, first time visited place. They also offered an insentive to return in a form of another discount on the next visit.
Had lovely experience with Francesco Picardi and came away with a lovely hair-do! Staff were very friendly and conscientious and did and all round good job. I would recommend to others.
I had a great experience at Francesco Picardi. My hairdresser - Andreas - was very considerate and listened carefully to what I wanted, before talking me through what he thought was best. The salon was clean and a nice place to relax and the Keratin treatment I had made my hair stronger and smell like honey - very nice. All in all it was excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend the salon. The staff were all very friendly although Francesco himself is rather grumpy. One thing though - it was very difficult to find so give yourself a little extra time to get lost before your appointment!
