I ended up getting a shorter haircut than I anticipated, but I’m really happy with it. Joshua was great - he was friendly and reassuring. I particularly liked that he said the style I was going for would suit me and made some recommendations. That’s what I want from a hair stylist! I don’t always know what suits me and that was great.

The people are really nice but the cut it the worst I have ever had the shortest layers are near my cheekbones. I asked for it to be long enough to tie back and there are really short layers falling out of the pony tail all over. The colour was also not washed out properly from underneath my hair at the back. I didn't realise until I got home but I dont know how the hairdresser did not see it. They did offer to fix it but I could not get back in time as I had been there 3 hours already that day.
