Lovely hair cut with a new fringe and toner. Olivia explained all about layers and what the outcome would look like on my short hair and we decided on thinning it out. Which is exactly the look I wanted. Also gave me tips on growing my hair which is what I’m trying to do. Thanks Olivia and frank
