The guy who did my hair hadn't a clue what he was doing. He was so rough with me when doing the blow dry he really hurt my head by absolutely pulling my hair out with the brush. My hair ended up a tangled mess from him attempting to take the brush out and he took forever. I think he tried his best but he really should have more training and experience before being let near anyone again.
