Was my first time booking an appointment. They were overall very welcoming and friendly - nice atmosphere. I wasn’t happy with my end result as my hair felt very flat and bristly. After going home to re-re-wash & style it, it was better. I think it was the products used that made it lack volume. I also wasn’t sure if heat protector was applied to my hair before it got styled. Leaving a review so some alternative shampoos/ styling products can be provided with cut, wash and blow-dry treatments.
